Necessary cookies
Us vs AI uses necessary cookies and local browser storage to remember a guest browser, preserve authentication sessions, enforce one official daily run, protect private pre-launch access where applicable, and keep the game secure. These technologies are required for core features and are not used to build a behavioral advertising profile.
Account and authentication
If you sign in, Supabase Auth uses session technologies to keep you authenticated and protect account requests. Google or Apple may use their own technologies when you choose those sign-in methods, subject to their policies.
Friend invitations
When you open a referral link, an invitation cookie remembers the first valid link for up to 30 days so we can offer the signup discount after you sign in. Once linked to your account, we store the inviter relationship and qualifying payment records to calculate renewal rewards.
Payments
Premium purchases open Stripe-hosted checkout and billing pages. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies for payment processing, fraud prevention, security, and remembering checkout preferences under Stripe's own policies. Us vs AI does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
Sponsorship measurement
Standard-account sponsorship placements may make impression, click, fraud-prevention, and limited campaign-measurement requests supplied by BuySellAds or an advertiser. Us vs AI does not send account emails, friend lists, puzzle answers, or game history for behavioral ad targeting.
Optional product analytics
With your permission, we use session storage for a random analytics session and campaign labels, and reuse the first-party guest identifier to understand visits and repeat play. Your allow/decline preference is saved in local storage. Optional tracking respects Do Not Track. Use the controls on this page to change your choice; declining stops future optional events. Operational game and billing records remain necessary for the service.
Your controls
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in, guest-run enforcement, billing return flows, or other core features from working correctly. Because the service currently uses necessary and contextual-measurement technologies rather than a gameplay-based behavioral advertising profile, it does not present a separate behavioral-ad preference switch.

This notice may be updated when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. See the Terms of Use for the rules governing the service.
